A part of the Al-Anon Family Groups’ fellowship for younger members whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. At Alateen Meetings, younger members meet other Alateens with similar situations. Alateen is not a religious program and there are no fees or dues to belong to it. The Northwest Washington regional service committee for NA. A non-profit fellowship of people who suffer from the disease of addiction. Groups meet on a regular basis to help each other stay clean and share experience, strength, and hope.

Support groups for survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. All DVSAS support groups are free and confidential.

A Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) family and community peer support network. Support groups are open to families or caregivers to individuals who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of being impacted by FASDs as well as to adults impacted by FASDs. Groups are respectful of and open to birth mothers.

Provides support for the caregivers/parents of foster and adoptive families. Services include grants for fostering or adoption, monthly support group, and training and resources.

Tender Transitions is a 6-week support group designed for newly postpartum moms. The group offers mindfulness tools for navigating postpartum, supportive discussions, and practical strategies for the transition to motherhood. Meeting location varies, see website for details.

Sangha Mamas are a group of mamas and grand-mamas who share a common intention to practice the dharma and to be present for adventures in parenting. Available via Zoom.

A peer-support meeting for parents and caregivers who identify as LGBTQIA+, and with children aged 0-12. Groups will meet virtually once a week for 12 weeks.

Program will focus on how adding a baby to the family will affect one's relationships, family life, and regular obligations. It also offers a chance to connect and create community with other families expecting a baby. Designed for families in their third trimester of pregnancy, or who are planning to adopt a baby. It is recommended for families to register for a group that best aligns with their baby's due date.

One day and multipart classes for people experiencing grief. These classes are both in-person and virtual. See website for program details and dates. All classes are free, but require registration.
