A free, full-day early entrance kindergarten experience for children who are scheduled to enter kindergarten the following year. In order to be eligible, students must demonstrate academic, language or social need and cannot be currently enrolled in another early learning program. Eligible students must also turn four before September 1.
A screening to identify any factors that may interfere with a child’s learning, growth and development. The screening is also provided to help parents identify their child’s strengths and weaknesses and provide home suggestions and/or further evaluation if needed in any area of concern. Any child, birth to five, whose family or care givers would like more information about their child’s development can contact their local school district to receive a free Child Find Screening.

A free, full day, five days a week, transitional kindergarten program for children who are at least 4-years old by August 31st. Students must reside within Lynden Schools enrollment boundaries and enter based on need and/or ability such as financial, academic and social-emotional needs, and cannot be currently enrolled in another early learning program.
Program for children ages 3-5 who are potty-trained. Children spend time connecting with and learning about our local natural environment as well as getting used to group dynamics and following instructions.
