A Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) family and community peer support network. Support groups are open to families or caregivers to individuals who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of being impacted by FASDs as well as to adults impacted by FASDs. A specialty team that partners closely with many community partner agencies as part of a continuum of services, engaging clients seeking housing support who are either unenrolled from a health plan or seeking enrollment. Monthly support groups for individuals with disabilities to get “Out and About” in the community, make new friends, and share experiences in a supportive environment. Peer support is also provided by the staff who experience disabilities themselves.

This free class is an experiential learning program for people experiencing a mental health challenge who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery. Peer-to-Peer consists of eight two-hour units and is taught by a team of two trained teachers and a volunteer support person, all of whom are personally experienced at living well with mental illness.

Those who have lost someone to suicide can receive phone-based peer support from someone who has also experienced a suicide loss.
