A specialty team that partners closely with many community partner agencies as part of a continuum of services, engaging clients seeking housing support who are either unenrolled from a health plan or seeking enrollment. The CORS Team aims to help clients access housing resources and other necessary services. Services in this program include Care Coordination, Housing Referral and Support, and Outreach and Engagement.

Crisis and recovery support for tribal members with substance use disorder provided by tribal members who are in recovery.

Certified Peer Specialists provide recovery support to adults who have an opiate and/or stimulant use disorder and experience or are at risk of homelessness. Peer specialists have lived experience of substance use and mental health recovery and are trained to provide support services.

Provides a safe, inclusive, community-oriented space where peers can support peers in their unique recovery journey.

Variety of services available to help manage and recover from addiction, including peer counselors, service navigators, and lab screenings. Free transit available for additional services at Anacortes location.
