The Northwest Washington regional service committee for NA. A non-profit fellowship of people who suffer from the disease of addiction. Groups meet on a regular basis to help each other stay clean and share experience, strength, and hope.

Safety and Support Program aims to minimize the negative consequences associated with substance use by providing practical strategies to decrease risk. Diseases like HIV or hepatitis C can be spread when people who use injection drugs share needles or other equipment. This program provides new, sterile needles and equipment to people who use injection drugs, and provides connections to drug treatment, disease testing, vaccines, and other social services.

Provides health services in the Whatcom County jail following the requirements set out by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care Standards. The most frequent health conditions affecting residents in the jail are addiction, mental illness, systemic infections, diabetes, hypertension, cardiac and gastrointestinal disorders, and traumatic injury.

Medication assisted treatment program for individuals with opioid use disorder. Can include suboxone, buprenorphine, vivitrol, or other medications to help in recovery. Care coordination and group MAT treatment also available.

PeaceHealth Behavioral Health services can treat conditions including addiction, drug & alcohol abuse, anxiety, bipolar disorder, brain disorders, child development conditions, chronic pain, depression, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia.

Naloxone (commonly called Narcan) is a medication that reverses an opioid overdose. People in Washington State can order free naloxone by filling out an online form. This mail order program is for people who can't get naloxone in their community.

Crisis and recovery support for tribal members with substance use disorder provided by tribal members who are in recovery.

Outpatient addiction medicine clinic. Provides evidence-based treatment for addiction to opioids like fentanyl, heroin, and oxycodone, and stimulants like methamphetamine and cocaine. Medication-assisted treatment for alcohol withdrawal and relapse prevention also available.

A monitored setting for the safe withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs. The detoxification is provided in a 16-bed acute (medical) unit where intensive medical monitoring is required. Serves individuals who are intoxicated or in withdrawal from alcohol or other chemical substances, but are medically stable.

Provides confidential, comprehensive services for substance abuse and chemical dependency, as well as outpatient treatment.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) offered on an outpatient basis for adults who have developed opioid use disorder. Can provide patients with either methadone or buprenorphine. Patients who receive medication-assisted treatment also participate in individual and group counseling sessions.

A comprehensive web resource for persons seeking treatment for mental and substance use disorders. Provides the ability to search for substance use and mental health facilities, health care centers, buprenorphine practitioners, and opioid treatment providers.

Faith-based relapse prevention program for homeless men with substance use and other self-destructive behaviors. In addition to shelter and relapse prevention, services include one-on-one case management, connections to resources, life skills classes, work therapy, behavioral health referrals, and more.
