Services include help with getting and keeping a job, job coaching and on-site support, goal setting and career consulting, resume writing and interviewing skills practice, and empowerment and advocacy.

Employment Services assess vocational interests and provide job development, career exploration, resume assistance, and interview preparation using an evidence-based supported employment model to further client development.

Monthly hands-on training to practice answering common interview questions as well as general interview tips and advice.

Services provided onsite include clothing and household items, hygiene supplies, transportation assistance, shower and laundry referrals, help with City of Ferndale water and sewer bills, computer and phone use, housing and job search, community resource navigation and referrals, and more.
