Brainspotting is a new type of therapy that can be used for people who have experienced trauma or have PTSD, anxiety, or ADHD, as well as those who struggle with impulse control, sports performance, substance abuse, chronic fatigue or chronic pain.

After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.

Provides a broad spectrum of counseling services to adult clients who have mental health issues. Services may include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, as well as community support services.

A home and community-based, high-intensity treatment service for adults whose recovery and success could benefit from more frequent contact with their clinical team. Services are designed to assist individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders to accomplish their recovery goals and reside successfully in the community.

Therapy provided for adolescents (12+) and adults struggling with a range of eating concerns, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, and chronic dieting. Care is informed by leading treatment models, emphasizing medical and psychological stabilization, behavior change, and long-term emotional healing.

Free counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children. Services are provided by graduate students in training, closely supervised by faculty of the Psychology Department.

Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a structured behavioral healthcare that offers a personalized combination of support groups, counseling, family therapy, and individualized therapy. Virtual IOP is meant to address issues such as anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, dissociative disorders, gender identity & dysphoria, mood disorders, personality disorders, self harm, substance use, and other trauma. Programs are available for individuals (adults and teens), families, and curated groups.
