Provides limited financial assistance vouchers for people in need living in Whatcom County. Helps pay for gasoline, food, utilities, phone bills, bus passes, and ID and driver's licenses. Amounts range from $50 to $200. Available only once every twelve months.

Holiday assistance programs that provide lower-income families in our community with an opportunity to receive gifts, have gifts for their children, and funds to purchase food for a Christmas dinner celebration.
Community-based food distributor with locations throughout Whatcom County. Food pick-up days/times vary by location. Schedule and phone numbers for each location are listed online.

Provides food to anyone in need. Open the first and third Thursday of each month, 10 - 11:30 AM.
Pet food, including dog food and cat food, donated by the community for pet owners in need. Food can only be received once per month and is intended to be supplemental or for emergency.
Provides produce, canned goods, breads, meat, and dairy items. No ID or proof of address required. Income guidelines are currently 400% of Federal Poverty Level.
Provides limited emergency financial assistance for food, gas, and other basic needs (please note, assistance is not available for rent). Call and leave a message to request assistance.

Food bank distribution the first Saturday and third Friday of every month.
Meals are offered on a donation-only basis to adults age 60+ (suggested donation $5.00). Others will be charged the full cost of the meal ($8.50). Senior Center membership not required to participate in the meal program. Frozen to-go meals available Tuesdays, 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.

A permanent, nationwide Summer EBT program to support children who lose access to free and reduced-price school meals during the summer months. Provides $120 in food benefits to each eligible child. For updates and application information, sign up for text-based alerts at textsunbucks.dshs.wa.gov.

A day-use center for at-risk, runaway and homeless youth ages 24 and under. Youth can connect with supportive adults, receive basic needs items such as food, clothing and gear for sleeping outside, and connect with other resources that will help them end their experience of homelessness.

Delivers up to 7 nutritionally balanced meals per week to homebound seniors throughout Whatcom County. Meals are provided on a donation-only basis, no eligible senior is turned away due to inability to contribute. Eligible participants must be age 60 or older, homebound, and have difficulty shopping for/and or safely preparing nutritious meals.
Improve your quality of life with helpful information about a variety of basic needs and community resources including employment, education, housing, health access, and food.
