Apartments designated for individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system and are otherwise homeless in Whatcom County. Referrals to this program are made through the Whatcom County Coordinated Entry program managed by Opportunity Council.

A mental health or addictions specialist is available to diagnose DSM5 disorders, make recommendations and referrals for treatment, and prepare court approved documentation.
