Visitors with a Bellingham or Whatcom County library card may use a computer with internet access for up to 120 minutes a day. Visitors without a library card may use a guest pass. Small Group Classes - Whatcom Literacy Council

Classes for adults to work together to study reading, writing, and speaking in English.
